The Project

We have been busy redesigning the 782 Elm Street development and are pleased to share the results.  The project size has been greatly reduced and now consists of the construction of 4 new townhomes rather than 6 flat-style residences. This approach provides a style of home that has much more in common with the surrounding single-family houses.

Each of the townhomes are well suited for families and have 3-bedrooms, 3.5-bathrooms and a 2 car garage.  They are designed to benefit the residential needs of San Carlos while enhancing the vitality of their neighborhood. Their forward-thinking design and construction will incorporate the latest in home technology/automation and environmental sustainability.

The 782 Elm Street team was selected for their ability to integrate thoughtfully designed residences into an any environment. In particular, this team is recognized for creating a community oriented living space with forward thinking design, that harmoniously blend ideas into the existing environment.
782 Elm Street is a residence that stands apart because of the dedication and skill of its team.
