The Project

We have been busy redesigning the 782 Elm Street development and are pleased to share the results. The project size has been greatly reduced and now consists of the construction of four new townhomes rather than six flat-style residences. This approach provides a style of home that has more in common with the surrounding single-family houses.

Each of the townhomes are well suited for families and have three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms and two-car garage parking. The units are designed to benefit the residential housing needs of San Carlos while enhancing the vitality of the neighborhood. The contemporary design and advanced construction will incorporate the latest in home automation, environmental sustainability and building technology.
